Why did you decide to take these courses?
Working in IT industry has always been my dream. I’ve taken many courses on Coursera, but the Google IT Support Professional Certificate program was a game-changer for me, as I was able to break through and become a customer support and troubleshooting specialist.
How would you sum up these courses’ benefits?
I’ve experienced a lot of new things throughout my journey, but my favorite is learning how to troubleshoot. I’ve been applying these new skills and knowledge that I gained from all of my courses. It helped me to become a better IT professional.
What else would you like to share with our audience?
I want to say that stop comparing your journey with others; you are the leader of your life. Lastly, for women who are hesitant to start their Tech career; believe in your self, take your first step and prove that you can achieve success in any field.

I wanted to enhance my data science skills to help organizations in taking right decisions based on data.
How would you sum up these courses’ benefits?
I took the following online courses that are aligned with my career path as a data scientist:
- Programming for everybody(Getting started with Python) via University of Michigan
2. Inferential Statistics via Duke University
3. Introduction to Probability and Data with R via Duke University
These courses helped me to analyze and draw insights from the data and apply Theoretical Concepts to Business Problems. I’ve also completed a couple of online courses to improve my English language skills.
What else would you like to share with our audience?
My goal is to become an expert in data science by taking more online courses and get my dream job as a data scientist in some innovative organization.

I wanted to advance my career and expand my skillset so I decided to take the Salesforce Sales Operations Professional Certificate.
How would you sum up the course’s benefits?
I got an overview of sales and CRM fundamentals, managing leads in Salesforce, leveraging Salesforce data, and optimizing customer success in the service cloud. These new learnings helped a lot in my work process, as I use Salesforce at my job.
