During the pandemic, my routine learning process was disturbed. I decided to learn new skills online to become more productive. I enrolled for multiple courses through Coursera and earned new valuable skills from top universities including Yale, University of Michigan and ESSEC Business School.
How would you sum up these courses’ benefits?
These professional courses help me develop various new skills including persuasive negotiation, influencing people and being more productive in the workplace.

I am really lucky to find this online course by Leiden University & KGF – Kalshoven-Gieskes Forum via Coursera. I wanted to improve my understanding & knowledge about International Humanitarian Law and that’s what I achieved successfully.
How would you sum up this course’s benefits?
The course is a good mix of theory as well as practice related to the subject with ongoing case study. I gained the knowledge that will be useful for my future career in international humanitarian law (IHL).

I discovered Coursera by a scholarship from Basrah University; so I decided to take these courses to develop my skills and find more chances to get good jobs.
How would you sum up this specialization benefits?
I’ve gained skills required to succeed in an entry-level IT job. This course will let you learn providing end-to-end customer support, ranging from identifying problems to troubleshooting and debugging. You might also be able to use systems including Linux, Domain Name Systems, Command-Line Interface, and Binary Code.
What else would you like to share with our audience?
