John W. Budd is a professor at the University of Minnesota. There he teaches about diverse aspects of work, employment, and other related things from a multidisciplinary perspective. He has led the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies in the Carlson School of Management. He has also directed the Master’s program in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. His biggest aim is to help others understand all about Human Resource in a fun yet effective way.
