User Experience Research and Design Specialization Courses
There are six courses in this specialization and below are the details;
The first course in the specialization provides an introduction to the fields of UX research and design. The aim is to help you understand what is involved in UX research and how to analyze systems using principles of good design.
In this course, you will understand what user needs assessments and qualitative research is and how these two are relevant to one another. You will be learning an end-to-end methodology for qualitative research which understands user needs.
The third course in the specialization is all about identifying different approaches required for user testing and their appropriate use. You will understand how to design an effective user test.
This UX design course defines and scopes the design problem which you will address. You will be taught how to create user stories and storyboards for transforming information about user needs into design concepts.
In this course, you will understand how web analytics works and how you can analyze data analytics. Similarly, you will understand how to develop A-B tests and multivariate experiments.
In the final project, you will learn to design and carry out an integrated multiphase user experience research and design project. Here you will gain experience in conducting user experience research and that too in a real-world setting.
