Key Strengths:

• Some learners expressed concerns regarding the content in a few courses. The most obvious challenge they faced was the accent of the instructor. This was a problem because of the non-native English accent of an instructor. The accent made it difficult for learners to understand the lectures and thus harder to comprehend. That is why learners preferred a native English speaker.
  • Recommendation: This issue can be solved if the lectures contain subtitles or transcripts. Having a different accent should not be a problem for anyone if subtitles are available in the videos. Also, learners can be provided the option to select instructors with different accents.
• There were some courses that only covered basic concepts and did not include more advanced topics. Similarly, in a course where it was important to add merging tables and DAX functions, the instructor did not consider adding them and only covered the basics. This left learners agitated as they were expecting more.
  • Recommendation: This issue can be mitigated if the instructors focus on including modules containing advanced topics as well. This will provide a deeper understanding for learners who wish to seek more advanced knowledge.
